Tantì chickpea farinata

Tantì chickpea farinata is really easy and fast to prepare also in your home baking pan.
Actually, you do not need wood woven or complex ingredients: you just have to add water and oil to our ready-made mix. The 210g package is ideal to prepare three generous and tasty portions.

Pour the entire content of the package (including the seasoning bag) into a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 600 ml of water. Slowly whisk until smooth.

Preheat the oven to maximum heat, using the grill function.

Once the maximum temperature is reached, coat with oil a baking pan and heat it for ten seconds on the upper shelf of the oven.

Mix again the batter. Take the pan out of the oven and carefully pour the mixture into the pan.

Close the oven and bake for 10 minutes at high heat and for the next 5 minutes keep the oven slightly opened to reduce the vapour in excess.

Bake until is golden brown. Then take it out of the oven, leave to cool for 5 minutes and then serve. Bon appétit!
